Ghosts of time passed

Here’s a sneak peak from our trip to Paris and London. I could not have planned this shot. I don’t even remember this little girl being there. At the most perfect moment, just as I hit the shutter, she runs in to my photo creating a ghostly blur framed by an old world structure in Paris. Even her clothes give the appearance of being from another time. Very spooky!

2013 Canon Photo5 Photography Competition

So very excited to have just found out one of my images has won the Jelly/Light Brief of the 2013 Canon Photo5 Photography Competition! Whoah. Where has this year gone? It seems only yesterday I was writing about my plans for 2013 declaring it the year of change. Well, things haven’t quite gone to plan.
